How to use
- Shake the bottle gently before use.
- Blow your nose to clear any blockage.
- Remove the plastic cap.
- Close one nostril, insert the nozzle into the other nostril.
- Start to inhale through your nose and whilst doing this, squirt the spray into your nostril by pressing down firmly on the white collar.
- Breathe out through your mouth.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- If using for the first time, prime the spray by pumping several times until a fine mist is produced.
- Usual dose for adults: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.
- Usual dose for children 6- 12 years: 1 spray into each nostril once daily.
- Ensure to clean the nozzle with warm water and dry it properly after use.
- Please follow the specific dose recommendation provided by your doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.

- Fluticasone propionate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrose, polysorbate 80, purified water, dilute hydrochloric acid, preservatives

- Precautions: Use cautiously in pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children under 6 years. Consult your doctor before use if you have recent nose ulcers, injury, or surgery.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage to avoid potential adverse effects.
- Stop using and seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe or persistent nosebleeds, shortness of breath, or allergic reactions such as rashes, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
- Remember this is not an exhaustive list of precautions and side effects. Always consult with a healthcare provider for a comprehensive understanding.
- Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist after 7 days of use.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
