- Navigate to the "Order Prescription" section. Here, input the necessary details about your repeat medication.
- Double-check the entered details for accuracy and click "Submit" or "Order Now."
- Once your prescription is processed, you can track its status within your account dashboard.
- You'll receive notifications, via email & SMS, updating you about the dispatch and expected delivery date.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the medication if specific delivery times are provided. Otherwise, it will be securely packaged to maintain privacy and safety.
- If you have any queries or need assistance, our customer service is available to guide you.
