How to use
- Uncover the Vicks Vaporub jar, put it aside.
- Wash your hands before application.
- Apply a layer of Vaporub on your chest and throat for relief from cough.
- Rub a layer of Vaporub on muscles and joints to relieve minor aches and pains.
- Do not ingest or apply into nostrils, eyes or open wounds. Use externally only.
