How to use
- Blow your nose gently to clear your nasal passages before using the spray.
- Remove the cap from the bottle.
- Shake the bottle gently and then prime the pump by pumping until a fine mist appears.
- Close one nostril by gently pressing against the side of your nose, and slightly tilt your head forward.
- Insert the nozzle into the other nostril and give a gentle sniff while squeezing the bottle.
- Breathe out through your mouth.
- Repeat this procedure in the other nostril.
- After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue or cloth and replace the cap.
- Adults and children over 12 years should use two sprays into each nostril twice daily, not to exceed 3 days of use.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Keep the spray out of the sight and reach of children.
- Always follow the instructions provided by your pharmacist or doctor, and do not use for longer than 7 days without medical advice.
