How to use
  • Start by wetting your toothbrush.
  • Apply a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Toothpaste Sensitivity & Gum onto your toothbrush.
  • Brush for 2 minutes, covering all areas, including front, back, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
  • Spit out after brushing. Do not swallow.
  • For optimal results, brush twice daily, preferably in the morning and before bed.
  • Avoid rinsing with water immediately after brushing.
  • Remember not to brush more than three times a day to avoid wearing out your enamel.
  • Please consult with your dentist if you experience any discomfort or unwanted effects while using this product.
Main Ingredients
  • Sodium fluoride, potassium nitrate, sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, pentasodium triphosphate, PEG-8, flavor, titanium dioxide, polyacrylic acid, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate.
