How to use
- Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
- Brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute twice a day (morning and night), and not more than three times a day.
- Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
- Spit out after brushing and avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
- Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after brushing.
- For children aged under 12, consult a dentist or doctor before use.
