How to use
- Use only a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Rapid Relief Whitening Toothpaste on your toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth in a circular motion for at least two minutes.
- Do this twice daily, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
- Rinse mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
- Do not swallow the toothpaste. For optimal results, avoid rinsing, eating, or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
- For sensitivity relief, continue use as directed.
