How to use
- Wet your toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of Oral B Toothpaste White Therapy Enamel Care onto the bristles.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes. Make sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth including the back, fronts, tops and also gently brush your tongue.
- Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and spit out the excess after brushing.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove all the toothpaste.
- It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime for the most effective results.
