How to use
- Before applying Nurofen Joint & Back Pain Relief Max Strength Gel, ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free from any cuts or open wounds.
- Squeeze a small amount of the gel (usually 1 or 2 cm in diameter) onto your hand.
- Apply the gel evenly to the affected area, gently massaging until it is fully absorbed into the skin.
- It can be used up to 4 times daily, with a minimum of 4 hours between applications.
- The gel should not be applied to cuts or open wounds, the mouth and eyes, or on or near mucous membranes such as the nose or genital area.
- Wait at least 10 minutes after application before covering the treated area with clothing or bandages.
- Don't apply more than four times in any 24-hour period.
- Wash your hands thoroughly after each use, unless your hands are the treated area.
- Not suitable for use in children under 12 years.
