How to use
- Pop a lozenge out from the blister pack and place it in your mouth.
- Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly in your mouth. This will generally take around 10 minutes.
- Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until it’s completely dissolved.
- Initially, you should use 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours.
- For best results, a maximum of 15 lozenges can be taken each day for the first 6 weeks.
- Then gradually reduce the number of lozenges used per day over the following weeks.
- Stop using the lozenges when use is down to 1-2 per day.
- Avoid eating or drinking while a lozenge is in the mouth.
