How to use
  • Ensure that your skin is clean, dry, and free of hair before applying the patch.
  • Choose a non-irritated spot on your body, preferably on your upper body or upper outer arm.
  • Tear the sachet along the edge to open it and remove the patch being careful not to touch the sticky side with your fingers.
  • Peel off the protective liner and apply the sticky side of the patch to your skin while avoiding folds or wrinkles.
  • Press down on the patch with the palm of your hand for at least 10 seconds to ensure it sticks properly.
