How to use
- Pour 20 milliliters of Listerine Teeth & Gum Defence Mouthwash into a cup. This is roughly equivalent to 4 teaspoonfuls.
- Do not dilute the solution with water.
- Empty the cup into your mouth.
- Swish the mouthwash around in your mouth for about 30 seconds making sure it reaches all areas, including your gums, teeth, and tongue.
- After swishing, gargle for a few seconds to allow the mouthwash to reach the back of your throat and between your teeth.
- Spit out the mouthwash into the sink. Do not swallow.
- Avoid rinsing your mouth, eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards for effective results.
- Use twice daily, in the morning and at night, for optimum oral health.
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
