How to use
- Empty the contents of one Lemsip sachet into a mug or cup.
- Fill with hot, but not boiling, water up to 300ml (three-quarters full).
- Stir the mixture until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Allow the solution to cool to a drinkable temperature.
- Drink the entire solution.
- Use this product at intervals of at least 4 to 6 hours.
- Do not use more than 4 sachets in a 24-hour period.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Always remember to read the label and use this product only as directed. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare professional.

- Can cause allergies: Stop using and seek immediate medical help if there's a skin rash, itching, shortness of breath, face swelling or redness.
- Possible gastrointestinal disturbances including nausea and stomach discomfort.
- Overuse may result in paracetamol toxicity causing liver or kidney damage.
- Can cause restlessness or sleep disturbances if taken close to bedtime.
- May increase heart rate or cause high blood pressure.
- Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing products.
- Avoid alcohol as it can increase the risk of liver damage.
