How to use
- Apply a pea-sized amount of the Colgate Total Advanced Clean Toothpaste onto a soft-bristle toothbrush.
- Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
- Brush teeth thoroughly, moving the brush back and forth gently in short strokes.
- Make sure to brush all surfaces of all your teeth - the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewy surfaces.
- Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and keep breath fresh.
- Following brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with clean water.
- Dentists recommend brushing your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed, for at least two minutes each time.
- Avoid swallowing the toothpaste. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center immediately. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless directed by a dentist or physician.
