How to use
- Apply at least a 1-inch strip of Colgate Sensitive Foam White toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, covering all areas of your mouth including each tooth and the gum line. Ensure you reach the hard-to-access back teeth as well.
- Pay special attention to sensitive areas of your teeth if any are present.
- Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow.
- Rinace your mouth thoroughly with water.
- For best results, use the toothpaste twice daily – in the morning and at night before bed.
- Remember, children under 6 years of age should be supervised during brushing. They should use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and should be instructed not to swallow.

- Gum/Skin Irritation: If irritation occurs in the gums or mouth, discontinue its use.
- Swallowing: Avoid accidental swallowing. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
- Not for Children: Do not use in children under 12 years unless recommended by a dentist or healthcare professional. Always supervise their brushing until good habits are established.
- Contact with Eyes: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
