How to use
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Colgate Advanced Whitening Toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly, ideally after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician.
- Brush all areas of the teeth for about 2 minutes to ensure complete coverage.
- Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and keep your breath fresh.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly.
- Ensure to supervise children to prevent swallowing. For children aged under 6, use a small amount.
- Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
