How to use
- Beechams Powders should be taken as follows:
- Ensure your hands are clean before handling the powder.
- Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass.

- Drink the entire contents of the glass immediately.
- Note: Adults and children aged 16 years and over should take one sachet every three to four hours as needed, but no more than six sachets (doses) in a 24 hours period.
