How to use
- Blow your nose gently to clear it before using the spray.
- Remove the cap from the spray bottle.
- Close one nostril and insert the spray nozzle into the other nostril.
- Squeeze the bottle as you breathe in slowly through your nose, repeat this 1-2 times per nostril.
- Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Avoid blowing your nose for a few minutes after application.
- Replace the cap on the bottle after every use.
- Do not use more than four times a day.
