How to use
- Sanatogen A-Z Complete Multivitamin Tablets should be taken orally. Adults, including the elderly and teenagers (12 years and above) are advised to take one tablet daily with food, preferably with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Always consume the tablet with a full glass of water. These tablets are not suitable for children under 12. Ensure to read the product packaging and labels before use.
