How to use
  • Alli 60mg Capsules are used for weight loss and should be taken as follows:
  • Take one capsule, three times a day with your meals. This means you should take a capsule during or within one hour of each main meal.
  • Do not take more than three capsules in a 24-hour period.
  • Combine the capsules with a balanced, reduced-calorie and low-fat diet.
  • If you miss a meal, or your meal doesn't contain fat, you can skip that dose of Alli.
  • Note: It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any weight loss plan or medication. Do not use if you are not overweight, or pregnant, unless directed by a healthcare provider.
