How to use
  • Open the cap of the Sensodyne Toothpaste Daily Care 75ml.
  • Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
  • Brush thoroughly in a circular motion, reaching all teeth and focusing on areas where staining and sensitivity are most common.
  • Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
  • Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
  • Do not swallow the toothpaste; spit it out.
  • For best results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after brushing.
